Public Services at Matraman Sub-district Office Relocated to Matraman GOR

For two boxes of PTSP services, one box is for the Population and Civil Registration and one box is for tax services

Public services at the Matraman Sub-district office, East Jakarta had to be relocated to the Matraman Sports Center since Wednesday (6/23) to Friday (6/25). It is done for sterilization, following the finding of two employees confirmed positive for Covid-19.

Matraman Sub-district Vice Head, Mujiono said those two employees were identified as Andriansyah, Head of Matraman Sub-district and one Satpol PP. They are now undergoing a self-isolation at home.

During the sterilization process, he explained, as many as four drop box services had been provided at the GOR, which is in front of the sub-district office. Each file that residents bring is immediately put into the box provided yet they must include a telephone number where the officers can be contacted.

"For two boxes of PTSP services, one box is for the Population and Civil Registration and one box is for tax services," he explained, Wednesday (6/23).

According to him, most public service nowadays was already available online. By so, it was easier for the community to propose permits.

As for the employee attendance, it was still done at the sub-district office. The 75 percent WFH work system would be applied starting on Thursday (6/24) tomorrow

During closing, he explained, the entire office area would be sprayed with disinfectant through six firefighters in order to curb Covid-19.

"It will be conducted from the ground to the fourth floor," he closed.
